Increase your understanding and knowledge of centrifugal pumps including their design, selection, operation and maintenance. Moreover, this centrifugal pumps training program will aid you in increasing productivity and reducing costly downtime.

It is important to understand what a pump is and how it works in order to solve problems. There are strong misconceptions about centrifugal pumps. Instructors of your centrifugal pumps training program will explain the basics so that you will be adequately prepared to understand certain design considerations, including sizing. In addition, this course provides the inside information on why and how centrifugal pumps are designed.

Our 3-day (Training Tour) version of this training program includes hands-on lab exercises that demonstrate and reinforce the practical techniques of maintenance and troubleshooting.

The extreme flexibility of hydraulic elements can create a number of problems. Participants learn how fluids must be positively confined through the entire system and prevented from going anywhere except where we want them to go.

There is no magical way to troubleshoot a hydraulic system; it is the logical analysis of basic facts and principles. Through the hands-on hydraulic troubleshooting training program and hydraulic safety training, participants will construct, operate, and troubleshoot systems using common hydraulic components.

Learn about the real world of the hybrid technology of electro-pneumatics. Gain the knowledge to successfully install, maintain and troubleshoot electro-pneumatic systems and components. In many instances this knowledge can create cost savings. After a brief introduction to compressed air technology, dive right into the electrical ladder diagram, components and symbols. Through hands-on exercises, learn about the control of pneumatic actuators, latching of electrical signals, logic controls, timers, and counters. All the hands-on exercises are real world applications and can be used on most of the industry’s automated equipment. Designed for engineering, maintenance, operations and management personnel who directly or indirectly encounter pneumatic power control and systems during the course of their daily functions, such as, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, buying, or specifying pneumatic power equipment.
