Jim’s domestic and international experience in both the US Marines and heavy industrial manufacturing are the foundation for a unique manufacturing perspective that combines rigorous application of analytics, process understanding, and best practice adaptation to meet exceptionally high reliability and accuracy accountability requirements.

Jim has led high performance teams of multi-craft personnel with responsibilities ranging from manufacturing plant maintenance (1.5 million sqft) to US Presidential aircraft safety. Prior to being a civilian, Jim was a marine helicopter mechanic and then leader of the presidential flight line shop. Jim brings his maintenance and managerial experience to consultative audits and performance improvement projects.

When not working, Jim enjoys time with his children Cadance and Trenton, and coaching youth baseball.
