NTT’s Train-The-Observer: Electrical Safety Field Observer Training course equips supervisors and safety leaders to confidently observe, evaluate, and coach qualified electrical workers in the field.
This one-day, hands-on program focuses on how to identify safe work practices, ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards, and document findings using NTT’s structured observation tools. Participants learn proven techniques to assess real-world electrical tasks, provide constructive feedback, and support qualification records with clear documentation.
By developing observation and communication skills, this course helps organizations strengthen electrical safety culture, reduce risk exposure, and maintain compliance through consistent, evidence-based evaluations.
Coninuing Educaion Units (CEUs) and Contact Hours Upon completion of this training program, the attendee will receive a certificate of completion.
