NTT Training Policies


Privacy Policy

NTT Training collects personal information to facilitate course registration, communication, and service delivery. This information is secured and not shared with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law or permitted under a joint promotional agreement. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us at www.nttinc.com/contact.

Data Security

NTT employs robust security measures—including encryption and controlled access systems—to safeguard personal data. While we strive to protect all information, users are advised not to disclose sensitive information in public areas online, as such disclosures are not covered by our privacy protections.

Cookies & Third-Party Tracking

NTT partners with third-party vendors, including Google, who may use cookies to deliver targeted advertising. Users may opt out of such tracking by adjusting browser settings or visiting Google’s ad settings page.

Course Registration Privacy

When registering for courses, we collect personal and billing information used solely for managing your enrollment and associated services. If registering others, you must provide their relevant information. This data is not shared externally, except as stated above under approved joint promotions.

Promotional Communications

We may use aggregated, non-identifying data from surveys, catalog requests, or promotions to send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via our contact page or by calling 303-649-9980.

Email Inquiries

Email addresses used to contact NTT may receive responses or follow-up communications. Email addresses are not shared with third parties unless necessary for a joint promotion.

Special Disclosures

NTT reserves the right to disclose personal data when required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of the company or its clients.

To update or delete your personal information, or to opt out of communications, please contact Customer Service at 303-649-9980.

Policy Changes

NTT may revise these policies at any time. Revisions will be posted on the NTT website.

Attendance Monitoring Policy

To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must attend at least 80% of their course. Instructors will document attendance at the start of each day and after lunch. This policy applies to all onsite and mobile classes and is available on our website.

Attendance records are maintained in SLX (Student Learning Exchange program) for a minimum of five years and are available for audit by senior management or ACCET.

Copyright Infringement Policy

All NTT Training materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or use of course content—including online modules, printed materials, and media—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To report suspected infringement, contact NTT at 303-649-9980 and request to speak with a manager.

NTT Complaint Procedure

If you have concerns regarding an NTT training program, please contact NTT Management at NTTSales@nttinc.com to initiate a resolution process.

If further action is needed, you may submit a formal written complaint. A written response will be provided within 10 business days. NTT is committed to resolving all issues promptly and professionally.

ACCET Complaint Procedure

NTT Training is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET). This institution is recognized by ACCET as meeting and maintaining specific standards of educational quality. It is the shared goal of ACCET and this institution to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Students are expected to first pursue resolution through NTT’s internal complaint process which is available upon request. If the matter remains unresolved, students have the right to submit a formal complaint to ACCET via the online form at: https://accet.org/about-us/contact-us.

The form will require the following information:

  1. Name and location of the ACCET-accredited institution
  2. A detailed description of the problem(s)
  3. Approximate date(s) the issue(s) occurred
  4. Names and titles/positions of all individuals involved (faculty, staff, or students)
  5. Actions previously taken to resolve the complaint, including evidence that the institution’s complaint process was followed
  6. Complainant’s contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address
  7. Status of the complainant with the institution (e.g., current student, former student)
  8. Include copies of relevant supporting documentation, such as the enrollment agreement, course syllabus or outline, and any related correspondence between the student and the institution.

Note: ACCET reviews only those complaints that involve violations of its standards and policies and that fall within its accrediting scope.

Complainants may request anonymity.

ACCET will acknowledge receipt within 15 business days.
